How do I join the Kuanzhai Club?
Joining is simple and free! Just create an account on our website. Once you register your first KUNGFU device to your account, you will automatically be enrolled as a Silver tier member and can start enjoying your benefits immediately.
How long does my tier status last?
Your tier status is valid for 12 months from the date you enter it. To maintain your tier for the following year, you just need to meet the point requirement for that tier within your 12-month membership period.
How do I redeem my points?
You can redeem your points directly at checkout. When you are ready to make a purchase, you will see an option to apply your available points for a discount on your order. You can also visit your personal dashboard to see exclusive products available for points redemption.
Do my points expire?
Yes, your points will expire 12 months after they are earned if they are not used. We will send you a reminder email one month before any points are set to expire, so you have plenty of time to use them on your favorite products.
